Tier 2 dependent children & UK born

I am working in UK with Tier 2 general visa and I will be applying for ILR by end of this year. I am planning to leave my daughter in India and bring her back after a year due to personal circumstances. She was born in UK and turning 3 in this November. Her Tier 2 dependent visa is expiring on January 21, 2021. If I get a ILR by January, will it there be any problem to bring her to UK in September 2021? Do I need any paperwork? I need to make a decision in a week as I planned my travel.

She needs a visa to come back to the UK or you need to register her as British and apply for a passport from her home country.

It can take up to 6 months, sometime much longer. Then the passport can take longer too.
