Hi All,

My question is on Tier2 ict, does the employer inform home office once we travel back.. if yes after how many days employer informs home office that we have travelled back
If COS is still valid - if employer wants to send back to UK, will there be new cos

The employer is oblidged to inform HO in 10 days

However, if you are still being employed by the same employer at offshore, they do not usually inform HO as your employment continues.
You may travel back to the UK if your visa is still valid.
COS expiry is irrelevent
