Good Afternoon,
I've been living with my partner for 13 years and we with our children came to the UK almost 3 years ago as he got a job under tier 2 general visa, as he changed his job he got a new BRP valid until Dec next year, only I and our two sons have to extend our visas.
We were filling "PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner" online form but it seems is not the correct one as is asking things that appear to be for new applicants, for instance, this question which is quite complicated for us:
"Were you or your partner in a marriage, civil partnership or similar relationship with anyone before each other?" ->Yes
then the form asks if the relationship was ended legally ->No
Which is complicated for us as he was in marriage 14 years ago before we met and the marriage was never legally ended as the lady wanted money for signing it.
So we are quite anguish now wondering if that could mean that my application could be rejected.
Please could you give me an advise with regards to this?
We haven't submitted my application or the application of our boys yet, but we think the correct thing should be to state the truth about this, but we don;t know if that would be bad for us.
Maybe I'm filling the wrong online form?
Thanks.
