Dependents curtailment letter

I am the Tier2 general main applicant with visa till December 2023.Same validity for my dependents as well. I lost my job last month and waiting for the curtailment letter, My question is

1. Does both main applicant and dependents receive curtailment letter ??

2. If I get the curtailment letter, but my dependents don't and if I managed to get job in 60 day period, does my dependents also need to make new visa application though they did not receive the letter??

3. during this period - last working day with my sponsorer and the end date on my curtailment letter(if i receive one), can my dependent(spouse) work ?

4. I have a dependent child of 3 years. As per the curtailment guidance,

"curtailment is not mandatory because an exception applies because of the dependent child. Curtailment may still be appropriate, but you must consider the use of discretion when you make a decision."
does this mean that, we may not get the curtailment letter immediately ?

1. Usually main tier 2 visa holder only.

2. No they don't.

3. Yes.

4. Don't rely on that, your child is still small and can easily adapt if they have to leave the UK.
