Applying Naturalisation for baby from India

Post by solaced » Tue Sep 08, 2020 10:41 pm

Hi,
my wife and I have ILR(long residence) since last 1& half years and now applying for citizenship. My16 years old son who was born in another country but living here for 10 years with us is also on ILR.

Q: Would he use AN form or MN1 form to apply for naturalization now.
Thanks

Children do NOT naturalise, they get registered as British using form MN1.

Please do not post your queries in somebody else's thread, especially when your query is very different.

You need to apply for Form MN1 for the 16 year old.
