Referees for MN1 registering Child after ILR

Hi,

I just got ILR and am registering my child who was born here as a citizen.

My question is about the referees:
It states that one of the referees must know her in a professional capacity and that referee must have known her for three years, but she is just 3.5 years old and has not had either the same GP or the same nursery teacher since birth, so there is no one. Is it ok to submit the nursery teacher's/GP's name anyway?
