Tier 2 ICT Cooling Off - Waival

Hi,

I'm in Tier 2 ICT visa.

I like to clarify whether 12 months Cooling off period has been waived effective from Jan 2021. Is my understanding currect ?

if so, will I be able to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General if I get a COS from a valid sponsor ?

Only if your salary is above a certain threshold I think it’s £120,000 pa.
