Hi,
I entered UK in in the mid of Oct but my employer had some issues in getting me enrolled. So I could start my work only from 1st of December and hence the payrol started from Dec. Will that affect my ILR? Please advice.

Why are you posting this question all over the forum ?!? DO NOT tag your questions everywhere. Stick only to this post
This is being repeated every day on the forum, ILR qualifying period counts from visa issue date under Tier 2 general. The day you started is irrelevant

If these are the exact replica of original one and are in acceptable format such as pdf then no need of printing rather straight can be uploaded.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Hi
I have a doubt , my previous employer absence letter has any significance at all if I have taken leaves just to travel home which are paid leaves and are well within the limits of 180 days .

You are overthinking. No issue as long as absence is stated in the letter.

At last got the letter from the ex employer with incorrect start date . The visa start date was mentioned as the work start date but the work was started later. Can you please let me know if this is an issue.
