Passport Ready for collection.

Hi, I’m just after some advice if possible. My Uncle in South Africa has applied for a Spousal VIsa, he has been following on the app they have and he today he received a message that his passport is ready for collection on Monday, now what we’re trying to figure out is would that more than likely mean approved?? He’s not had any correspondence asking for more info or documentation etc, it could be a very very very long weekend wait for him. I appreciate nobody can give guarantees but wondered if others had had any similar experience I could share with him, thanks in advance.

He will only know the outcome when he collects his passport. He won't be informed of the outcome before that.

Check your bank account if any refund from ihs .if not that means 99% visa grant.if any refund from ihs visa that mean visa refused.

Some refunds come many months after a refusal. May not be an accurate guage of what has transpired.

Rarely when the refund come late but most of the time come before passport collection.

And instance(s) where where not refunded at all till applicant chased nearly 2 years after.
There are norms and exception happens too, few hours to pick passport and hopefully be positively confirmed.
