It is not required for extensionAdnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 09, 2020 1:43 pm. Will I be needing to do a TB test again for my visa extension?
Yes you can but UKVI caseworker expects to see the person with same employer on their enquiry.Adnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 1:23 am. can I leave my agency employed job to return to my self employment? As we will have earned £9,300 In the 6 months prior to the application.
Any time between within 28 days of reaching 30 months residence in the UK from date of entry OR before your visa expires.Adnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 3:50 pmMy biometrics card says it is valid until 09-10-2020. When is the earliest I can apply for my spouse visa extension?
Your apprehension is valid but for handling the capricious visa matters you have to sacrifice something while being resilient.Adnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 3:46 pmIt’s just that I am finding it hard juggling with my self employment which I can’t show and then working for my employer for my visa extension.
Adnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 4:55 pmSorry please forgive me;
I received my visa on 9-01-2018
Entered the U.K. 29-01-2018
So the 30th month would July 09 2020 or july 29 2020?
And then it would be 28 days before one of those 2 dates? Meaning if it was July 09 then I can apply 28 days before this? Or if it is 29 July then I can apply 28 days before this date meaning I can apply 01 July?
Also applying this early would it affect me when I want to apply for my ilr?
That was an housing inspection report towards your initial spouse visa application I presume. At this point for extension, your evidence of cohabitation, tenancy agreement, council tax letterAdnan20161993 wrote: ↑Sat May 30, 2020 7:01 pmSorry I didn’t mean to post twice it was just because the first post didn’t say July 1st and I couldn’t edit it so I posted again including July 1st.
When my wife applied for me to first come she had to call someone to the house to show that there was enough living space in the house for me on an official letter. The letter stated how many bedrooms and how many people lived at the house and there would be sufficient space for me. I cannot find any information regarding whether this is needed to be done again for the visa extension?
Accomodation
will I be given the details on how to submit biometrics fingerprints again once the application has been submitted?
You can only access ukcvas after you have applied online and are directed to the ukcvas portal to upload your documents. Biometrics are still be done in phases till the backlog is cleared.I have tried going online looking at the UKVCAS Website but can’t book an appointment from there

Likely yes. You will be notified if you have to book an appointment or if you are eligible for biometric reuse. It isn't a choice you can make.
