MBA certificate original?

The Home office states that the original MBA certificate must be submitted with the application if applying under the MBA provision. So I'm concerned that the original documents will not be returned or lost in transit, and my business school states that a duplicate of the certificate cannot be issued.

Will original certification letters from the school be accepted?

I have just asked the HO about original certificates and here is the answer:

If you submit only the notorized copies, make sure that you explain both in your cover letter and with the document attachment that you received word from the HSMP team that this is permitted. I have heard some applicants being rejected as they did not enclose their original diplomas. I submitted both my MBA and BA original diplomas, as my socilitor encouraged me to do so (to my chagrin).
