Marriage certificate for Naturalisation Ireland

Hi,
I will apply soon for Naturalisation and I am not sure if I have to send marriage certificate with my application. I currently have EUFam Stamp 4 based on marriage with EU Citizen. Do I need to send marriage certificate or it is only if your application is based on marriage to Irish citizen.
