10 years visa route extension help need

Hello Everyone.

I hope everyone doing well and safe.

I got my visa in Nov 2018 for 2.5 yeers becasue my wife is british and kids are british(11 yr and 13yrs).

Now my extension due in coming month so i need to prepare for it.

Please can somebody help me what documents present and experince if i go same day visa?

i knew there is no income threshold for 10 years my visa route but as i'm working so what document do i need to present?

I was under 10 years route in 2015 coz i didn't meet the £18600. But i switched to flr m in 2017 when i met the income requirement, instead of extension.
You have said u are working but isn't clear what your income level and if you are thinking about switching or just extending? Switching to 5 years route could be answer for quicker ilr.
When i applied last week there wasn't super priority service and doubt they will resume it for at least for few months or so. Who knows!

My wife and i was both working but but due to Covid-19 my wife lsot the job and my hours also decreased, i'm just going to aplly for extension.
