Except the B1 english language test & LIUK test, remaining all documents will be almost same which were required at FLRM extension stage.

I have been filling in the online form today for ILR. As far as I can see it's pretty much the same documents required as previous applications plus the LITUK and B1 tests.

The only thing I can't see is anything about the property being 'overcrowded'. With the original application and the FLRM application we had a solicitor inspect the property and write a letter to say there was enough room for us both.

Can anybody confirm if this is also required for ILR?
