Tier 2 change sponsor

Good afternoon all,

I am currently on Tier 2 General and now planning to look for new opportunity.

On the government website the mandatory documents include:

1. COS
2. proof of knowledge of English
3. a bank or building society statement or letter that shows enough personal savings
4. a current passport or travel document
5. expired passports or travel documents for travel history

The other 2 documents I already know that I won't need - tuberculosis test results /a criminal record certificate

Apart from these, I heard that sometimes additional documents might be required, has anyone been asked to submit any documents other than those listed above? For example, payslips?

It all depends on case by case basis. If your application is straightforward then those documents should be enough.

What's your worry btw?
