Thank you guyz for your help and support.

Just want to ask from your experience.

Does it makes a difference doing application yourself or via solicitor.

If your application is complex does writing a covering letter explaining all time period by law makes any difference?

Many Thanks

Makes no difference. A solicitor has no influence or sway with ukvi on your application.

It's a tick box process, you either meet the requirements or you dont. It is that simple. You can add a brief concise covert letter if you wish, but it could be ignored

Thank you CR001-Bless you

Need advice on this place, same post but with correct dates:

My latest Tier 2 application was approved on 07th Jan 2019.
BRP issued 22/01/2019.

I went pakistan for 9 working days from 29th Jan to 10Feb 2019
Joined Job/New Employer: 11th Feb 2020

Please advice how should i put these 9 days of absence on employer letter.
Should it be authorised unpaid leave but employer didnt inform homeoffice so that can be a issue
One of main reason i was allowed this holiday was that was desk wasnt setup and was waiting for approval for access to work station(server) so mean while i decided to visit home after consulting with employer.
Should i rather put it as paid annual leave
Please advice

Quick Question to all of you.
I am applying for my ILR next year. Shall i increase my salary three months before applying for ILR?
My salary is £32000 at the moment.
