Escalation of TIer 1 PBS dependant’s visa

Respectable members ,
I have been granted ilr on 14th Sep based on tier 1 but still waiting for my wife’s pbs extension. How can I contact HO regarding this. HO Usually sent both approvals together but this time HO only sent my decision. Please advise, I am really worried.

Their application will only be considered and started processing after your ilr. So they are only at the beginning of the process. They didn't qualify for an extension if you didn't get ilr.

1-Is there any way I can contact HO and request to escalate it, due to emergency travel ?

2- If my dependant travel without the outcome, it’ll be considered as withdrawn, can she apply from abroad a pbs extension?

Yes, expired in June 2020.

If the leave the UK, they can apply for a new entry clearance visa as spouse/child of a settled person from home country, but their clock will start again from zero and a new 5 year residence period.

This visa has an English and financial requirment that has to be met.

As you hold ilr, they can not apply outside the UK for a tier 1 dependent visa if their last visa has already expired.

If you withdraw their application, they become overstayers since their visa expiry date.

No, you cannot. You should wait until you hear back from UKVI
