just a couple of quick questions on the above;

do we have to send this back once ILR BRP received?

whats the consequence of not sending back?

what address would we need to send to?

Any one with access to appointments able to see availability around London please. My solicitors tell me the earliest available is 23rd Oct which they have booked for us but I have no faith in them. I can push them to rebook if there are earlier slots available in/around London

Yes.

You risk a fine of £1000.

Google the BRP return address.
If you are returning the BRP from within the UK then please send it to: BRP Returns, P.O. Box 195, Bristol, BS20 1BT.

Hi,

Is it ok to go for a biometric appointment in person even after submitting through the IDV app? At least it appears in person looks to be faster when it comes to outcome. Also, I am getting a free appointment nearby so it would not do any harm as such.

Regards
SK
You can if you wish. No harm.
All,

ILR SET(M) is approved today. I have updated the timeline on the relevant thread. Thank you for your help @CULLINAN. All the best to everyone who is waiting for the decision.

Regards
SK

Also note the 2.10.20 one would be a cancellation (i.e. someone would have cancelled) most probably. So someone lucky will get it.

Awesome but since I submitted only today. I doubt I can go with 02nd Oct. Did you say 16 Oct at various locations (paid / unpaid doesn't matter). Could you tell me what locations ?

Well why not? You can go for 2nd also regardless if you submitted today. But, depends if its still available or booked already.

ILR Set O has reached approval of application done on 9 Sep / Bio 25 Sep. I hope this pace doesn't slow down :) & other route picks up !

was wondering, if UKVI has the ability/capability to approve application in one day (super priority) then apart from money what difference is there in standard application that causes more time ? :?:

was joking today, guess what is one long lost/forgotten thing that gets lot of attention during ILR application?
ans: <<junk/spam folder>>

Congratulations to all people receiving approvals, my brain is now thinking something is wrong with my SET (M) application, hopefully before outright rejection UKVI will ask for additional documents if required

Thanks CULLINAN just that I won't have been able to get hold of solicitor to rebook before tomorrow. I wish I had thought about these things earlier. I tried to get them to have my UKVCAS account linked with the Visa Application but that was against their protocol so here I am, at their mercy now.

I am feeling the same way as I saw some May/June applicants receiving decisions. I hope they will contact us if rejection is on the table.

No need. Dual submission decisions have slowed down anyways. It seems to only work for earlier applicants who have been waiting for very long. You only applied on 15th Sep.
