I selected this option and the system has asked to me to provide 6 months bank statement and payslip.
Regardless of whoever (you or your partner) is the owner it can still be answered as "own"OK. We will select this option and submit the title deed/mortgage statement

Can someone pls advise on this?x31122010 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 8:15 pmThank you.
I have now reached the declaration section. The family declaration has this question
I confirm that (tick relevant box)
I am a British citizen
I am settled in the UK (I have indefinite leave)
I have leave to remain in the UK as a refugee / or as a person requiring
humanitarian protection
Now, when we apply for FLR(M), I would neither be a British citizen NOR Settled in the UK.
What is the advise for this?
Should I just add another option to say "I have applied for ILR....."
Better to say as if you have ILR and add a covering letter the same you are already intended to attach.x31122010 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 07, 2020 11:37 amCan someone pls advise on this?x31122010 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 06, 2020 8:15 pmThank you.

Yes, fine.I was looking at the guidance of the supporting documents. I assume that bank statements etc can be pdf copies from online portal etc and these do not need physical stamp and certification by bank staff.
Nothing needs to be 'self attested'. You simply need to upload them. All other documents can be simple scanned copies or online copies from website etc.
Do these need to be self attested?
No originals are submitted to UKVI. The original passport must be taken with to the biometric appointment for identity check though.I also saw a statement asking us to submit the original passport (this was on the page before the IHS redirect)
You have stated that her visa expires in Feb 2021. She must apply for FLR m before her visa expires if she only qualifies for ILR LR in 2022. She can't just wait a year with no visa once her current visa expires in February next year. She also cannot apply for a PBS dependent visa extension.x31122010 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 03, 2020 1:56 pmI come across this post where the advise from @Zimba is that the PBS dependent can continue to live in the UK on the current visa (Tier2 pbs dependent and are not considered overstayers or illegal in the UK) although the main applicant has moved onto ILR via LR route. The dependents can then apply for ILR (via LR) when eligible.
Can @Zimba @CR001 @Vinny please clarify?
Dependent Tier 2 PBS expires 28 Feb 2021
You may be eligible for settlement (‘indefinite leave to remain’) if both of the following are true:
you live in the UK with both of your parents --> YES
both of your parents are either British citizens or settled in the UK --> NO. At the time of application, one parent would have applied for ILR and the other for FLR(M).
We do not qualify.
You may also be eligible if you live in the UK with one parent who’s a British citizen or settled in the UK, if any of the following are true:
the parent you live with has sole responsibility for looking after you --> NO
your other parent is dead --> NO
there are compelling reasons why you should be allowed to stay in the UK --> YES. Can give reasons that the parents will continue to live in the UK etc and continuous residence, for over eight years, since Feb 2012
