Tier 2 to ILR route (180 days per year?)

Post by alex132 » Sun Oct 04, 2020 2:21 pm

May I know how many days I can absent in UK in order to qualify for ILR 5 years application?
I get to know is 180 days.

Is 180 days in 5 years in total?
or just 1 year?

"the maximum 180-day limit will now apply to any rolling 12-month period during the qualifying period for ILR"
Not very understand this meaning.

Ay reason why you cannot keep your similar questions in one topic instead of posting all other the forum??

It is 180 days in any rolling 12 months period.

If you go to Japan HQ for a year, you won't qualify for ilr and your tier 2 will likely be curtailed, as already answered in your other topic!!!
