Housing Assistance Payment Eligibility Criteria

Post by Mithusub » Tue Oct 06, 2020 1:22 am

Hi there,

Hope you guys are doing well during covid-19.

I have a question regarding HAP application.I have a stamp-4 and my spouse have stamp-3 for last 2 years and our child has Non-Eu citizenship. Can anyone suggest me in our situation Are we able to apply HAP scheme?
Our average weekly income 450euro right now with FIS payment. Its really hard time going for paying rent and getting manage everything.
Or any other way we could get rent related benefit which will not going to affect for our citizenship application in future.

Thanks in advance.

Stamp 4 you are entitled to apply, not sure about stamp 3,

Be aware though that both WFP (not called FIS anymore) and HAP will both affect application for naturalisation.
