Failed Asylum seeker 6 years discretionary leave and indefinite leave

Post by Sonu345 » Tue Oct 06, 2020 8:12 pm

I am holding indefinite leave to remain over 2 years now,
my history is,
claimed asylum port of entry 2001, 2002 application refused, overstayed from refusal to 2007, 2007 delighted home office old asylum case resolution directorate for regularize my old case, every 4 or 5 months receiving letters from case worker team, granted 3 years discretionary leave at December 2011, got indefinite 2018.

can i apply for naturalization, may i qualify for it or i wait from the date i granted to 10 years end day,
because i fall in good character requirement, and illegal/overstayed in past 10 years.

anyone can advise me, what to do, can i submit BC application or wait until 10 years end.

If you've been continuously legal since 2011, I recommend applying next year.

There is no point risking your money now when you can apply in much better position in 2021.

I entered in this country with help of agent, he took away my documents, port of entry at heathrow no proof of travel documents, i asked for asylum claim, immigration officers granted temporary admission, after application refused, my temporary admission leave it self revoked, from that day to 2007 was illegal, when i asked again to grant me as other failed asylum seekers.
