I will apply 10 years long residency in August 2020.
What category My wife will apply (who has only stayed 1 year with me in the UK as tier 1 dependant).
I know my wife can apply spouse visa (if i get ILR). But i have not got ILR yet (as i am applying in AUGUST 2020). what visa category my wife can apply (As her dependant visa has same expiry date as mine).

She applies on FLR M meeting the English and financial requirements and must apply before her visa expires.

Thank you for explaining! What if financial and English language requirement are not met. Do they reject visa straightway or give 10 years visa.

They might offer flrfp - 10 years visa if find any insurmountable obstacles in relocating outside of UK.

If she doesn't meet the financial or English requirement, she will likely be offered the 10 year partner FLR(FP) route.

I have applied long residency 10 years route but have not received decision yet.
1- My spouse does not meet english language or required funds requirement. What application form i will use for my spouse.
2- My child was born in the UK and is 4 years old. My child spent most of the time away from UK. What visa category i will apply for my child while i am still waiting for my ILR application which i made in August 2020.
- My wife's and child's dependant visa are going to expire in 20 days

2. A UK born child can be registered as broths once you get ilr. It is an entitlement for the child to register.as British. There is no absence limit. The child also does not need to have a valid visa to register as British once you get ilr.

Thank you @CR001 for replying. What i understand now is that my wife will apply FLR(FP) and i do not need to apply any visa for my child (which is going to expire in 20 days) even though i have not received my ilr decision. Please correct me if i understood is wrong.

Just to be more clear what i am doing now. My daughter's visa (UK BORN) is going to expire in few days. After that she would not have any visa (does that mean she is over-stayer?).
Do I need apply MN1 for my daughter

Do I need apply MN1 for my daughter Yes, but wait to get your ILR then register her through MN1, she is not an overstayer.
