Again few more question
1) What is the English requirement for FLR M (B1 is enough?)
2) About Financial:- If I lose my job then what are the other possibilities to show Finance?
I have read that "{Copied from other websites:
You can also rely on any pension, maternity allowances or bereavement benefits received in the UK, as well as cash savings over £16,000.}
So if we can show £16000 pound in my spouse bank account, is that enough?
Thank you so much.seagul wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 7:58 pm1. Yes because of higher than A1 & A2sun007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 5:45 pmThank you so much for your reply.

2. Not enough. These need be at least £62500 (if no other source of income is combined)
For an application for the first phase of spouse visa (from abroad) or Flrm (from inside the UK) an A1 test is needed, whereas A2 at the time of extension followed by B1 at the time of ILR/settlement. But a large of swathes of applicants scrumptiously get inclined over B1 due to its strategic benefit such as usability in future applications. Interestingly, all test are almost homogeneous.sun007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 9:10 pmThank you so much.seagul wrote: ↑Thu Oct 08, 2020 7:58 pm1.
