Out of status if HSMP app is withdrawn

Post by vp73 » Sat Apr 23, 2005 4:37 pm

I am in country applicant and applied in Oct 04. I also sent in application for FLR (IED) before my student visa expired. No decision has been taken on either.

My question is :

If I were to withdraw my Oct 04 application (the HSMP one), let the FLR application be where it is and submit a new one (as I also qualify under the new MBA provision), will I be out of status?

Actually I am tired of waiting and seeing new applications getting approved so fast, I am contemplating whether I should do the above.

Moderators, experts please let me have your views.

Thanks very much in advance

How bout you give them a call and explain your situation to them, maybe you could also try using the urgent route,

Thanks f2k. What reason should I give for urgent treatment in the scenario I have mentioned?

Thanks
