Dear Members
i need your advce me and my partner is on team on entrepreneurship 50k rout. we successfully got extention and now i am thinking to switch into 10year long residence.
my question is if i apply for LR ROUTE would i still have to claim 2 jobs created in our tier1 visa?
if jobs not required what i sign a letter for my partner to say i did not contribute to job creation so all points about job creation belong to him would that effect my LR application? please note my partner is applying ilr through tier 1 route and i am applying ilr through LR 10 year route.
your advice will be highly appreciated

For LR, all that is required is 10 years legal stay in UK. However, note, Tier 1 Entrepreneur is a complex route and applying for ILR via LR while on this route may raise more checks. Job creation documents are not needed as per say for LR.

Hi thank you for reply.
What checks that could be? I did not understand

HO may check that you did not breach visa conditions in any of your previous stays.

Dear members
I am currently on tier1 visa entrepreneurs visa and applied for ILR through LR last month have not got decision yet.
I am doing business and want to study full time. My uni said you can't study full time bcz you have not got ilr yet which I'm expecting to receive anytime.
Can, I start full time study meantime when my ilr application still in process.??

No, you can't. You are bound by your current immigration category's rules/limitations/restrictions until your ILR is granted.
All my posts are my personal opinion based on my reading of the immigration rules and guidance. NOT to be taken as professional/legal advice.

Tier 1E rules do NOT prevent studying at all. You are allowed to study under Tier 1E rules. If you do NOT understand the rules do NOT provide advice.
TIer 1E migrants, however, must pay international student fees. After ILR, you only pay home fees.

Apologies, I'm not sure what planet I was on and managed to misread it as Tier 2. I retract my previous statement. Zimba has clarified my error. Apologies for causing confusion!

Thank you very much zimba for making it clear
