Hi Cullinan,
I submitted electronic bank statements which I received via email from the bank. They looked same as the paper ones.
I hope submitting electronic pdf statements issued by bank will not be an issue?

Hi Cullinan,
I want to travel to my country to see my parents because I am very depressed after my partner passed away.
I know this might not be right place to ask questions.
Is there any email address to contact home office to request fast track the application for compassionate reasons?

You can't request a fast track. Compassionate reasons would be if a close family abroad is desparately ill for example and you submit medical evidence bit it still doesn't guarantee a quicker decision.

You will need to wait to hear back.

Hi Cullinan/CR001,
I just received email from home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk saying that my application for ilr has been successful. It says I should get my brp in next 7 days.
I just wanted to ask that is the above email the one people receive notification after decision?

Congratulations. People have reported receiving the mails from HO that are different and they turn out true.
