How long does one have to upload the documents online after submitting the ILR (partner) application?

Can one keep uploading new documents or should all documents be uploaded by certain date ( 24 hours / 7 days etc) after submitting the application?
You can keep uploading till before you go for biometrics appointment.

1. Can one use online bank and utility statements or does it need to be scanned copies of mailed statements.

2. How many sources should the mail be from. Can multiple statements from one utility and bank covering the period suffice?

3. Is 2.5 years before application the right period to supply the documents for if applying a partner of UK citizen ( 5 year route)
1. Yes these can be uploaded provided are in acceptable format such as pdf.

2. These should be from at least 3 different sources.

3. Cohabitation evidences must cover the previous 2 years.

Confused about English Requirement Question under Personal Information.

Post by donblount » Sat Oct 17, 2020 10:42 am

Applying for ILR through 5 year spousal route.

Spouse took Trinity college test and answered the following two questions as below.

Que 1: Select which qualification you have obtained to prove your knowledge of the English language:

Ans 1: A speaking and listening qualification at level B1 or above from the Secure English Language Test (SELT) list

Que 2 : Which body awarded your test?

Ans 2 : Trinity College London

There is a separate question.

Que 3: Did you meet the knowledge of English requirement as part of an indefinite leave application made on or after 28 October 2013?
Applicants who applied for, and obtained, settlement on or after the 28th October 2013 using an English language qualification at level B1 or above can use this as evidence of their knowledge of English language. However if this qualification was not used and accepted for their settlement application, it cannot be used for this application.

Should I answer Yes for this question. For this ILR application (which is after 28 October 2013) the spouse had met the english language requirement.

I am quite confused.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
