FLR M Proof of living together

Post by ukresident001 » Sun Oct 18, 2020 12:03 pm

Hi,

My spouse is now switching from Tier 4 Dependent to FLR M visa category and we are applying from inside UK.

We have to submit FLR (M) Cohabitation Evidence. My payslips and bank statements are delivered electronically. Are these acceptable by HO?
I am planning to combine electronic and paper evidence.

Thank you

We have to submit FLR (M) Cohabitation Evidence.
For initial switching, these won't necessarily be needed to cover 2 years despite being asked on application form rather any recently dated should be fine to meet the subsisting relationship evidence.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
