MN1 Application

Post by Skeleton » Mon Oct 12, 2020 8:34 pm

Hi guys

My wife and I got our ILR just today, waiting for our biometric card.

My son was born in august in The UK.

I assume its MN1 section 1(3) parents granted ILR

Started to follow up with referees

My question is that should I send our original Biometric cards to HO or scan is enough?

Because I want to travel and my family can stay in the uk.

Only scan needed. No restrictions on travel for family either.

Really? Good.

My son doesn’t have any sort of travel documents. So better to stay and his passport first.

Thanks Cullianan
The best as always

Also note FYI, you can register a UK born child as BC after even ONE parent has ILR.
Your wife’s or yours ILR alone is enough also.

I will enter both parent’s details

I’m filling the form online, it says country of nationality which he doesn’t have any. And its not going to the next stage

What can I input?

Even if he doesn’t have any birth certificate or passport from my home country?

Me again

I have contacted our GP, Health Visitor and midwife for the referee but they refused.

So now I have to put a cover letter to mention that and find two referee’s as per adults required, right?

Do I need to scan marriage certificate as well?

I uploaded the below documents in Mandatory section:

1- parents ILR BRP

2- Child full Birth Certificate

3- two referee form

4- parent’s consent letter

5- cover letter regarding using adults professional referee

6- digital Photo of the Child

7-Marriage certificate

Also in identity I uploaded parent’s passports which I guess it was in the wrong section and not required

Also proof of application I uploaded Application form

Am i missing any documents ?

6- digital Photo of the Child
Why did you upload this?? It is not required. The child has to go for biometric at ukcvas for photo to be taken.
Also proof of application I uploaded Application form
This is not required!
3- two referee form
Hopefully you posted a photo of the childm on each form before the referee signed it and sent it back to you?

I can’t remember why ‘digital photo’ was on my mind and I uploaded

Can I change it now or just leave it like that?

For forms, I glued the child photo on the form and his name on the first page and signature from referee on the second page.

So no more documents, right?

Not familiar with the ukcvas system but you should be able to remove it.
