PBS Dependent visa extension - How soon can apply

Hello,

Can anyone advise point based dependent visa extension can apply how soon.
Scenario: I got my ILR in 28 Jan 2020 and my partner still on my PBS visa till 26-01-21. I need to extend her PBS dependent extension for another 3 years as per rule if main applicant got ILR. My question is how soon I can apply her PBS dependent extension visa.

As IHS fees is changing from 27 oct 2020. Is there any change I can apply her extension 26 Oct 2020 as exact 3 month before. So I can safe pound.

Any advise is appreciated

Yes she meet the requirement for maintaining the balance for 90 days and I also have maintained my balance for 90 days as well.

Her current PBS dependent visa valid till 26-01-2021. If I am able to apply for her PBS dependent visa then can I apply on 26-oct-2020.

Yes you can apply before the IHS increase.

You only need one 90 day bank statement with £630 for the whole 90 days. Nothing else for maintenance.
