Tier 2 ICT extension- In country

I am planning to extend my Tier 2 ICT visa which will expiry in Jan 2021.

Could you please help me with below queries

1. What is the time line for getting VISA
2. Is priority service available in UK

Please note i will be submitting my application in Crydon office
