Change of address & Closure of LTD Company

Hi Gurus,

I'd a quick query in regards to Change of address & Closure of LTD Company . Currently I have IlR and I'm aware there is no restriction and we can apply for jobs in the U.K. however please note that I'd applied for British Citizenship in June 2020, application was approved in October 2020, now during British Citizenship application I'd put my LTD company details. I haven't received any invitation letter for ceremony yet in this case

Can I close my LTD company and accept a job offer? do I need to inform Home office of my LTD company's closure? cause in the approval letter it states that any change of material content will result in application review and HO will treat it as a new application so the process will start all over again.

Secondly can I change my residence address if so how do I notify Home Office.
With Covid Lockdown not sure how long it will take them to arrange ceremony and send the certificate.
