IHS Surcharge

Post by Efficasy » Wed Oct 28, 2020 4:34 pm

Hi all,

Just had visa approved after about 6 months of waiting.

I came across a content in gov website about refunds for the IHS surcharge (if you work in health sector)
I seem to meet the criteria with regards to my working hours and the sector I work in however no information on my visa category.

My visa states “no recourse to public funds” and I am on partner visa, will I be able to claim refund for the IHS Surcharge ?

Many thanks
