Payslips

hope u well. Im a british national. I came to pakistan in feb 2020. In march i was dignosed with brain tumour.i operated from pakistan.Dr malpractised it.i had 4 operations.
Im alone in uk.
My wife n child are pakistani nationals.
i want to bring them in uk
i got ILR aug 2018
I got naturalisation nov 2019.
BABY WAS BORN IN AUG 20189 after my ILR.
i have still balance problems.
My employer is still paying me on payslips it was a little less before august but from sep it was as required
Before march 2020 i was earing nearly £30000/year gross
I am in pakistan since feb 2020.
WHAT SHOULD I DO??
Hope u will answer what i ve to do in this situation thanks
