I Received the decision email on 2nd of Nov, how long it's going to take now?

My Wife Biometric done on 10 Sept in Islamabad (Tier-4 dependent visa).

Received non-straight forward email after 2 weeks (around 26 sept) and was also asking for bank statement and TB test against.

On Decision was made around 16-18 Oct (bcoz on 15 Oct, I called and application was in process, while I called again on 20 Oct, the decision was made). Received email from Gerry for passport collection on 28 October.

Received passport on 2 November and visa was granted and she came on UK on 4 November.
