I AM FILLING SET O APPLICATION FORM FOR MY WIFE , TIER 2 DEPENDENT ILR
CAN ANY ONE CLARIFY MY DOUBT PLEASE.

I hold my british passport,
my wife is on tier 2 dependent completed her 5 years term and applying for ILR ,
In the Application it is asking for my current UK imigration status.
The question is as follow.

Which visa is XXXXXXX applying for or been granted?

Do you have one of these reference numbers for XXXXXXXXXX ?

If they have one, what is XXXXXXXXXXXXX sponsor licence number?

Can any one help me ragarding this please.

I have now started my Set(O) application for ILR. I need some help and clarifications on some questions.
Qn -
What is Spouse country of nationality? I put British citizen as per passport, (it comes to these next qns)
Qn-
Which visa is Spouse applying for or been granted? i put Tier 2 (General) visa (but spouse is now Brit citizen, but option not avble)
Qn-
Do you have their (Spouse) reference nuumber ? I put no i dont have reference number
Qn- If they (Spouse) have one, what is sponsor's license number? i left it blank

I didnt understand this .because i already got the british passport .
only option i am having on dropdown is : tier 2 (General)

I selected Tire 2 general ,

Do you have one of these reference numbers of Spouse : Dont know what to give.

If they have one, what is spouse Sponser Licience number: i dont have any sponser liceience .

Can ant one clarify these question please.

You can quote spouse’s Naturalisation Case ID as spouse reference number (if known).
The other question is “IF question”, leave it blank.

Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

I given No, by confusion, actually it is yea aftwr seeing all the post.

Actually my wife visa was give 16 jan 2018.
I think i was suppose to select yes. But i selexted No and given all the immigration history and submitted.

Can any one help, will it be a problem or not.
So that i can cancel the apppintmeny and rresubmit.

Please help.

If she has any absences after 16th Jan 2018 (in this case), mention it on a cover letter. Explain the error. Upload with all other documents before biometrics. You will be okay.

Dear Sir / Madam.

I made a small error in the application, while filling for the qurstion regarding the 11 jan 2018.

My pbs dependent visa was granted on 16 jan 2018.
I didn't not understand question properly and given no.
These arw the details if my absence from uk after 11 jan 2018.

I was given my 1st tier 2 partner visa in august 2013 and 2nd tier 2 partner visa in 2015 and my current PBS dependent visa is 16 jan 2018.

These are all the absence from UK after 11 jan 2018.

1. Xxxxxcccc to yyyyyyyyy
2 xxxxxxxxxx to yyyyyyyy

For tier 2 pbs dependent ILR for my wife, i am keeping 2 years of tenancy agreement
2 years of council tax
2 years of water bill
Is it enough. Or do i need keep 2 years of joint acciunt bank statement.

You need 3/4 sources evenly spread across the last 2 years i.e. every 3/4 months. Better to include the joint bank account statements also every 3/4 months.

Proof of Application : Passports and consent firms of my self and my mrs. And checklist

Other

Residence in the UK : Cohabitation documents like joint bank accounts and utility bills and tenancy agreements for 2 years.

Finances : keeping empty, as tier 2 pbs dependent do nit require any financial dependent.

Proof of Business : keeping empty

Life Events : marriage certificate

Medical Information : keeping empty

Education : life in uk and naric certificate.

Is it enough or do i need to keep my british passport if so in which category di i need to include, please help.

You need to upload your British Passport copy also as that will show your status in UK. Just the bio page is enough. Upload it in the “proof of application” also.

You have been repeatedly asked NOT to post your questions onto other member’s thread. I think this is the 5th time I am saying this. Keep all your questions in this thread only of your own!!
