Following a refused European Family Permit application, refused because of a doubt about Ethiopian birth certificates, I am looking to arrange DNA testing in Ethiopia to make a new application.
Can anyone explain the procedure, as I understand that the Home Office cannot request this, so I get the report and then include it with the application, or ....?
Also, if anyone has any experience with DNA Worldwide, if this is a reliable company.
