For flrfp visa under 10 years of route the English test isn't needed despite the application form starts asking it strangely but the pertinent guidance is still unchanged.H85 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 3:27 pmHello can anyone help please?
My wife got a spouse visa in 2014 on 5 year route
In 2017 applied for extension but fell short of financial requirement so got put on 10 year route.
In January need to apply for extension, could you please tell me what documents we need?
Do we need English test again? Last time she done A2 level.
Also I earn the financial requirement now but I will stick with 10 year route. Is that the best way
Thank you

Thank you

It does not require you to show or meet English language requirement.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 7:19 pmH85 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 3:27 pmHello can anyone help please?

If you still wish then yes you can as it won't be considered due to not being required.H85 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 08, 2020 3:27 pmCan I show the certificate from a2 test that she done last timeseagul wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 3:42 pmFor flrfp visa under 10 years of route the English test isn't needed despite the application form starts asking it strangely but the pertinent guidance is still unchanged.H85 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 3:27 pmHello can anyone help please?

The forms are generic, details you provide will tailor the form to your circumstances as you proceed. To ensure remaining on 10yr route then don't provide financial or income details. State it clearly that you want to remain on 10-year route.
