IELTS skill assesment

I am an IT professional and want to apply for skill assesment to ACS, very shortly.Do I have to include my IELTS results while applying to ACS?Or is the IELTS result necessary after skill assesment has been finished and the main processing for immigration begins?

IELTS does not in anyway relate to your skill assessment.

However, IELTS test results should be attached with your visa application.

The test can be taken before or after your skill assessment but you should weigh both cost and time in doing so.

Can I use IELTS results from May 2005

I got IELTS 6.5 overall

Reading 6.0

Speaking 6.0

Writing 7.0

listening 6.5

Can 2005 IELTS results is sufficient . Also I am graduate from UK in Science .

mate AFAIK ielts is only valid for 2 yrs at max in some cases it's only 12 months.
