Applying for HSMP dependents visa

Post by onllyvimal » Mon Sep 15, 2008 3:32 pm

Hi Gurus,

I am applying for EC from India...

I heard that for HSMP Entry clearence under Tier 1 we need to show mandatory account balance of GBP 2800+ (N *1600) --> for all the dependents who are travelling with in a period of one year.

My doubt is since this is big amount can I first get HSMP visa stamped for me saying that the dependents are not travelling with me and then later apply for them after I get a job in UK and have suffiecinet funds in A/C.

Please let me know if anyone of you experienced any kind of issues when applying for the dependents visa later from UK with an HSMP approval from India.

Thanks in advance..

u can very well go ahead and apply for u first. later once u r settled, u can show right funds and take ur dependents.
if u r applying alone, its is just enough if u show funds for urself.

best of luck

Yes you can apply alone and then apply for dependants later when you get yours.
