Yes it does say that if you do not hold a valid BRC, you should receive one within 10 days of the date of the decision letter.crisbella218 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:13 pmHi all,
Just sharing my timeline for this. I applied under the new rules introduced on 24th August to allow those that are a family member of a "person of Northern Ireland".
Applied: 24 August 2020
Bit of a wait for biometric appointment finally got one on 14th September 2020
COA: 15th September 2020
More Evidence required: 23rd September 2020
Settled status letter 21st October 2020
BRP: Not arrived
Can I ask those that have been successful does it state in your letter that the BRP will arrive in 10 days or anything? As in my letter it does not mention anything about the BRP and just says about proving your status via online system. I do not have a BRP at present so I would expect a BRP to come for this application.
Also how long did it take for BRP to arrive?
Thanks!
I'm still waiting for mine
Got my outcome on the 21/10/2020 as well
