Hi ,

Its been 3 weeks I have applied and getting the status in VFS website as "forward to BHC" from the day of application. Can anyone tell how to get the exact status of the Tier1 application. Can we call them and ask?

Contact the BHC for your current status. VFS will display the same status till they get the passport from the commission to forward it to you.

Contact the BHC in your region from where you applied ? As I don't know where you applied from, you can visit the BHC website which clearly specifies which numbers to call for visa status.
