Tier 2 ICT to PBS

Hi ,

I am currently on tier 2 ICT visa which is expiring on coming December .

1) Can I now move to General Visa directly without any cool off period under new point based rule which will come in effect from Jan 2021.

2) if so can i apply from outside country as well ?

Hi ,

yes after refering lots of article and document , i think you can apply for PBS without cooling period and also outside the country.

And i also read , they are opening the visa somewhere in between 1st dec to 1st jan, so if that is case you can apply it from the UK itself.
