Amend assigned COS

I have been assigned a COS from my company. The following are the wrong information i found in the assigned COS

1. Is the job on the current shortage occupation list?: N
My SOC code is 2136 which is in shortage occupation list, Should my HR tick this to Yes? how to amend this field?

2. Have you met the resident labour market test?: Y
RLMT was not done in my case as it is shortage occupation. Should HR mark it as N?

3. Tick to certify maintenance for migrant (and dependants, if applicable): N
We need to update this field to yes. Can we do this in the assigned COS?

if new COS needs to be generated to amend the above changes, then how long does that takes?
