FPN Declaration

Post by bizman » Thu Nov 19, 2020 12:38 am

Hi Cullinan and other gurus

Thanks for earlier answer to my questions. I want to ask, is it ok to just declare the FPN in a covering letter as I did in ILR. Like I said I was just given a course, yes I paid for it but no points on license and no other payments except for the course.

Thanks for your help always

Yes. Mention in the cover letter since you already declared it at ILR stage. FPN alone is not a criminal conviction. But it is best to disclose now as you already have at a previous stage.

Another thing for confirmation. The documents I need for the application

1 Covering letter
2, passport scan all pages since arrival in Uk
3. BRP scan
4. English certificate used for ILR trinity
5. Life in UK
6. Referee forms
7. Terbulated absences from UK for five years
8. Utility bill like council tax
9. Marriage certificate because of children registration
10. Children birth certificates
11. Payment.

Is this ok please gurus

I do not know the full circumstance of your family. Each application will be processed on its own merits and everyone has to meet the requirements individually. Make sure you understand the residence requirements in particular including the physical presence in UK at the start of the qualifying period. All you need for yourself is:

Passport(s) and stamps covering last 5 years only.
ILR BRP
English Test
LIUK
2 Referees

Thanks Cullinan

Can the same two referee sign for all applicants. Like same for me and wife. And same for the children. I know one of children referee must be someone relating with them before like teacher etc

Thanks
