i decided not to go for my wife 10 years ilr i will submit spouse visa extension

i have questions please help me

1)Were you originally granted leave on the basis of an
Application made before 9 July 2012 as a partner
On the family route?
yes
2)Was your leave granted as the partner of a Points Yes
Based System Migrant?
yes
can i write yes because she was my dependent point base visa before 2012

3)Is this the first time you have applied for a partner
route, or an extension, with your current partner
(including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)? can i write no because she was before entrepreneur dependent visa she switch to spouse visa
4)Please choose the reason you are applying for an
extension, this includes if you are switching to a
partner visa from another type. Additional extension can i write this

As per your history you were granted spouse visa in Aug 2018, so option 3 seems more appropriate as its first extension.
