Hello guys,

A bit of tricky situation here that makes me panic.
I’ve enrolled my biometric data and submitted documents on 4 Nov, still waiting for decisions from HO.
I’ve been made redundant in my company and last day will be 31 Dec. Would that have any bad impact on my application? What if I don’t get decision before 31 Dec?

Any advice appreciated!

Tier 2 ILR is based on continuous employment by your sponsor for the foreseeable future. Otherwise, ILR could be refused
