ILR - Question on DLA

Post by a4asif1 » Tue Nov 24, 2020 11:25 am

hi team

I have a British passport, my little one is also British and on Disable Living allowance.

My wife will apply for ILR soon so my question is

As my daughter is on DLA but it comes in my account, do we need to declare that we are receiving Disable Allowance

My understanding is that its for my daughter even its coming to my account, and we should not declare it.

Regards
S Asif

No need to declare that for your wife’s application.
