Each application is decided based on its own merits. There is no such thing that vecasued you got approved that all your dependent should at the same too. There are many cases of one applicant getting approval and the spouse etc getting a refusal.

There is no "dependent" concept for citizenship applications. Each applicant has to meet the requirements individually in their own.
